Freeman re-signs, unlikely to make team

Despite re-signing today, do not expect Dolphins backup QB Josh Freeman to make the 53-man roster this fall, according to ESPN's James Walker. He wasn't close to challenging No. 2 QB Matt Moore in the spring and would need to make a huge jump between now and September.
