Chile repeats as Copa champs in penalty kicks

Chile denied Lionel Messi and Argentina again. In a replay of their 2015 Copa America final, Chile beat Argentina in penalty kicks after 120 scoreless and heated minutes Sunday. Messi missed his PK and, Francisco Silva provided the clincher.
