Bruce Miller charged with vandalism

The 49er was arrested March 5 on suspicion of spousal abuse. However, the Santa Clara DA's Office announced today "while original reports indicated that Miller may have pushed his girlfriend from his parked car, an investigation into the alleged assault was inconclusive," and that Miller "threw her phone against a wall."
