Report: Tulo shipped to the Blue Jays

The Rockies have traded SS Troy Tulowitzki to the Blue Jays for SS Jose Reyes and minor leaguers, according to Fox Sports. Tulowitzki will receive a $2M assignment bonus for being traded. Reliever LaTroy Hawkins is also headed to Toronto.
