Despite a strong start from Dylan Bundy (five perfect innings before tiring), the Orioles lost 3-1 in the rubber match against the Rockies. It's just the second time this season that the O's - whose .698 home winning percentage is the best in baseball - have dropped a series at Camden Yards.

Kris Bryant broke up Anthony Ranaudo's no hitter with his 26th home run of the season in the sixth inning. It matches his total from all of last season. And it tied the game at 1-1.

Pretty epic battle between Adam Wainwright and Yoenis Cespedes in the seventh inning. Wainwright was riding a string of eight quality starts in his previous nine outings and he has regained manager Mike Matheny's trust late in games, so he was facing Cespedes even though his pitch count had gone over 110 with two runners on in the seventh inning. After Cespedes fouled off a good high fastball on 3-and-2, Wainwright hung a curveball on his 117th pitch and Cespedes hit it off the facing of the second deck for a two-run home run, his 22nd, that gave the Mets a 4-3 lead.

One of the biggest mysteries of 2016 is the decline of Jose Abreu. While everyone else is hitting more home runs and producing more offense, Abreu has just 11 home runs and his OPS is down 200 points from his 2014 season when he finished fourth in the MVP voting.

Orioles rookie Dylan Bundy was perfect through 5.1 innings (with 8 K's). Then came a walk. Then came a homer. Then came another homer. The Rockies lead 3-0, and Bundy's done after 5.2 and 89 pitches (standing O upon removal), but it looks like the O's might have something special with the 23-year old righty - assuming he can stay healthy.
