The Browns took WR Jordan Payton with their first pick in the fifth round. Payton had 78 catches for 1,106 yards and five touchdowns for UCLA in 2015. He had 12 touchdown receptions the last two seasons.

Robie also coached NFL d-lineman Israel Idonije at Manitoba. Onyemata's story even more unique since he learned the game from scratch over the past five years.

Jets GM Mike Maccagnan claimed they're not actively pursuing any veteran quarterback. He said their focus is Ryan Fitzpatrick. "I would say simply to dispel anything, we're not at this point in time in any discussions with any teams for any other quarterbacks," he said. "I can put that to bed at this point in time." Doesn't sounds like they're after Nick Foles.

Bears used their fifth-round pick (150) on Indiana RB Jordan Howard. Chicago prefers the running back-by-committee approach. Howard is expected to compete with Ka'Deem Carey and Jacquizz Rodgers for playing time behind Jeremy Langford. Remember, Langford is a former fourth-round pick. There is precedent here for Howard to have a major impact in the Bears' backfield.
