Notes from the 1976 MNF season:
Since the NFL instituted overtime in regular season games in the 1974 season, 12 games had gone beyond the 60-minute mark. The 13th, and first on MNF, was decided on Sept. 27 in Philadelphia. Following an Eagle turnover, Mark Moseley kicked a 29-yard field goal with 2:11 to go in OT to seal the 20-17 for Washington.
