Now 28, Carl turned pro when he was 15 (no longer allowed) and is in his 13th year in the Pro ranks, the longest of any driver on the Nat'l series. Injury prone, Carl missed more than half of the '07-'08 season and a quarter of '08-'09 due to injuries. After being a factory-backed racer for years, in '09-'10 he is competing as a privateer. Carl is the only athlete on the SnoCross '10 roster who competed at WX in the '90s. His best WX SnoCross finish was 4th in '07.
