Paul Henri de le Rue is a 27-year-old Frenchman who made it big when he earned bronze at the first snowboard cross event at the Winter Olympics, in 2006. He's only made one WX Final, finishing 6th in 2007 (when he also suffered a serious injury), and hasn't had an official WX appearance since since 2008. In 2011, he bruised his heel during WX practice and couldn't compete in Aspen. Paul (Polo) lives in a stone house he remodeled in Saint Lary, FRA. His older brother, Xavier, has enjoyed more success at WX (including SBX gold in 2005).
