After years of near-misses, Hudak finally won Winter X SuperPipe gold in 2010. She was the queen of the ball for the rest of the season: She went on to win Winter X Games Europe and finished 1st in the AFP year-end standings for the second year in a row. The 2010 icing on the cake for Hudak was her ESPY nomination for Best Female Action Sports Athlete, which was eventually won by Olympic gold medalist Torah Bright.
