Mario has had huge success in Snowboardcross, including World Cup wins during the 2008 season, but he had a near career ending injury at WX in 2009. He crashed and broke his right knee cap and was told he would never ride again. Two surgeries later, he's back on snow and on the 2010 AUT Olympic Team.
