West Virginia rider Bobby Minghini has been to Winter X three times, making it into the brackets but not out of the Quarterfinal. In December 2009, he overshot a jump at the Telluride World Cup and pinched nerves in his back. Bobby spends his summers swinging a hammer as a carpenter and has been building Tough Mudder courses. His younger brother, Jarod, is also a boardercross racer who will be at WX 2012.
