Sam is a local boy done good. He's been a leader in the disabled freeski movement, has appeared in three Warren Miller films and hucks 30-foot cliffs. He owns WX '09 Mono Skier X silver and a bronze from the event's demonstration year and he's looking for gold in 2012. He says his freeskiing ability works to his advantage on the rough WX course. His other major advantage is that he lives and skis in Aspen.
