The winner of the Pro-Tec Pool Party 2009, Julie also finished 1st in the 2009 World Cup rankings proving she is one of the best vert skaters in the world. A soon to be high school senior, Julie has had two respectable finishes at X: she finished 6th in 2008 and 5th in 2009.
