A three-time Super X medalist (gold 2008, 2009; bronze 2010) and son of 1982 AMA Supercross champ Donnie Hansen, Josh is a spectacularly talented rider but once struggled with work ethic. In fact, he was out of racing completely in spring 2009. What a difference two years and a new attitude can make. Now riding for the powerful Monster Pro Circuit Kawasaki team, Josh was leading the 2011 AMA Supercross Lites West points (he grabbed three wins early on) before breaking his left hand. He eventually finished 3rd. With Super X cut from the roster, Hansen will have to win the crowd over in Best Whip for more XG hardware.
