Marcelo Bastos competed in X Games Vert Ams in 2007 but will compete in the pro ranks for the first time in 2010. He won his first major contest (and second Pro contest overall), the Oi Vert Jam, in March 2010. A strong skater from Brazil, Marcelo now lives in the heart of the skate industry, Southern California.
