The only Japanese Moto X competitor to medal at XG, Japan's Higashino earned bronze in Best Trick in 2010 for the double seat grab backflip Indy air. After moving to the States in 2006 to focus full-time on his motocross career, Taka has become a fixture on the freestyle scene. He won the Dew Tour in Salt Lake City in Sept. 2010 and followed that by winning the Red Bull XRAY freestyle comp in Australia. Taka makes his fourth XG appearance in 2011.
