A meticulous, calculated rider, Nate doubled up at XG 2011, earning gold in both Freestyle and Speed & Style. Has 12 XG medals (7 in Freestyle, including 2004 gold) and captured the 2009 and 2010 year-end Red Bull X-Fighters titles (runner-up in 2011). From July 2009 to Aug. 2011, Adams made the podium at 18 straight freestyle events. Unfortunately, in August 2011 while riding at his Southern California home, Adams suffered a severe injury to his left arm and shoulder and has gone under the knife twice since XG 2011. XG 2012 will be his first contest in almost 10 months.
