Luca Matteotti may be a Winter X rookie, but he's the three-time Italian National Snowboardcross Champion (2008, 2010, and 2011). The 22-year-old is in the Italian military as a "sportsman." He loves to fish in his home, the Aosta Valley of Italy. The tall, thin (5'10", 135 lbs) Italian won a World Cup in December of 2010 in Arlberg, AUT.
