Peetu Piiroinen is a hot commodity: the #1 rider on the TTR World Tour and the Burton Global Open Series (three years running). He earned silver behind Shaun White at the 2010 Winter Olympics. The Finn hasn't had the same success at WX, but he has proven his versatility, competing in both Slopestyle and SuperPipe for the past three years; and he joins the Big Air field for the first time in 2012. Peetu broke a rib in December 2011 but was back riding in under two weeks. He's got two double cork 1080s in his run and the style to make it into the Final in all three disciplines.
