A solid top-20 privateer racer known to few, "who the heck is Ben Evans?" gets uttered too often in motocross circles. Ben hopes to finally make a name for himself at XG 2010. His low profile was created in part by a very late peak as an amateur, as Evans graduated regular high school and didn't believe he could make a living as a racer until he was already in the amateur A class. Now full-time committed, the Idaho native rides and trains in Southern California. A top-5 finish at XG could (finally) put him on the moto map.
