Alana Nichols knows what it's like to medal: she has four medals from alpine events at the 2010 Winter Paralympic games (2 gold, 1 silver, 1 bronze), a gold medal in wheelchair basketball from the 2008 Paralympics in Beijing and she's coming to Winter X hot off the Paralympic World Championships where she had two wins. She's proven herself a versatile athlete and a quick study. She'll be the second woman to compete in Mono Skier X (the first was Sarah Will in 2007).
