CAR: 2011 Ford Fiesta. A two-time World Rally Champion (WRC, 2000, 2002) counted by his XG rivals as among the best drivers in the world. A relative late-comer to rally, having spent his teens competing in motocross before a knee injury ended that career. Raced in the Finnish Rally championship through his 20s -- earning 5 titles -- and gained a WRC ride at the end of 1999. He announced his retirement from full-time competition at the end of 2007. Since then, he has run select European Rallycross Championship comps, winning his first championship round -- in Sweden -- July 6, 2008. Grönholm traveled to the U.S. in 2009 to compete in the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb. Finished second in the Unlimited category and set the fifth-fastest overall time.
