Once one of the rising stars of the World Off-Road Championship Series (WORCS), Floyd struggled with injuries and the passing of his father in 2010, and the lack of results led to losing his support ride with Kawasaki Team Green. He relocated from Southern California back to his native Washington, and is focusing his efforts on Endurocross, where he has only raced two events previously.
