Aspen local Puckett is one of three Americans to compete in five Winter Olympics: '92, '94, '98, '02 for alpine skiing and 2010 for Ski Cross. The two-time Skier X gold medalist (2004 and 2007) and dad to Riley and Annalisa has retired from World Cup skiercross but will make his 10th Winter X appearance in 2012. With one of the best starts in the business, great gliding abilities and a home course advantage, he is a threat at every WX -- he took bronze at WX 2011. Puckett says that Winter X 2012 will be his final race.
