Canina attacks park courses like a pro wrestler, whipping them into submission with massive flair transfers in both directions and complicated opposite spins and tricks. He's not all brawn, however. Extremely passionate about learning in general and economics specifically, he starts a Master's degree program in the field at East Carolina University in Greeenville, NC, in the fall of 2012. Balancing studying with riding keeps this Brazilian motivated, and he knows the value of precious metal, having pocketed silver medals in XG Park in '08 and '09. Always a treat to watch on the XG course, he returns in 2012 to make another push for the podium.
