I briefly met Kurt Yaeger at X Games Big Air a few weeks ago. The day after meeting him, I saw a guy flying around the park course on the same bike, and lo and behold, it was Kurt riding BMX Adaptive. Kurt's story is pretty darn compelling. He lost his leg in a motorcycle accident, but got back on the bike, and with the help of a custom pedal and a modified etnies shoe, still shreds.
