A four-part series with qualifiers at The Compound, Fresno's Mosqueda Bike Park, and Ramp Rats, the first-ever King of Cali series concluded on Saturday, November 13th at Woodward West, with A.J. Anaya winning the Pro crown and a $1000 cash prize, courtesy of S&M Bikes. Tehachapi's Patrick Overturf overcame the competition to win the Almost Pro class, while Ramp Rats owner and King of Cali organizer Mike Krnaich came through with a series of dialed runs to take first place in the O.G. Pro class. With a turnout of over 60 qualified finalists from previous events, many of whom were riding Woodward West for the first time, the King of Cali finals were a great success and a lot of fun for everyone involved. Hopefully next year's series, which may include additional qualifying stops, goes just as well. Video by Chris McMahon. Hit the read more tab for a full list of results.
