Many years ago, Vinnie Sammon, Edwin De La Rosa and Vic Ayala created a small t-shirt brand known as Skavenger to cultivate their way of life in the New York City area. For years, Skavenger existed as t-shirts, hats and stickers, until last year, when Sammon and De La Rosa made the move to full-fledged BMX hard goods brand. In the time since, they've added new names to the team (including Mark Gralla, Dave Belcher and Tom White) and released several frames, forks and handlebars.

Now with the brand established, their thoughts turned to video, and this past Saturday night at Post in Brooklyn, N.Y., the second Skavenger video premiered to a packed house of people in hats. Because I had to move to Los Angeles and was unable to teleport myself back to Brooklyn this past weekend, we don't have a full rundown of the video, but the reports are of course promising. Look for the Skavenger video to be out on DVD soon enough, but for now, check out the loose cast of characters that showed up for the premiere.
