A few weeks ago, in an effort to combat a $135 parking ticket I received in San Diego, Calif., I made the drive from L.A. back to S.D. Unfortunately, I lost the parking ticket battle, but as I was waiting in line to pay the ticket, I started flipping through YouTube videos and came across some from Subrosa/Shadow pro Lahsaan Kobza. I reached out to Lahsaan, a San Diego local, to see if he'd be up for riding and shooting a "Today" segment. Luckily, he was free that day, and this is what we got.
