Last week, Odyssey's flatland and street duo of Terry Adams and Aaron Ross released a new split video section that combined dual flatland and street riding runs with suburban humor and paperboy angst. The video, filmed in Adams' hometown of Hammond, La., created a stir in the realm of BMX web videos, and provided us with some much needed comedic relief in the serious world of BMX Internet videos. Because we didn't want to just embed the video and move on, we hit up Adams to discuss the finer point of filming alongside a street rider and taking out your filming partner during icepick grinds. Here's Terry.

ESPN.com: Where did the idea come from for this split flatland/street part with Aaron?
Adams: About five years ago, I had the idea of doing a joint edit with a street rider because I knew it would not only maximize the views but also give riders a chance to see that BMX is fun and does not need to be so serious. It took a while to find a street rider, but the moment I got on Odyssey, I knew Aaron was a perfect fit for the idea.

Have you ridden with Aaron before? What was your favorite part while making these edits?
Aaron and I did the first edit two years ago and that was our first time hanging out. My favorite part about doing the edit was chilling with Aaron and the filmer (Francis Delapena) in our down time.

Did you purposefully mean to kick Aaron off that rail on the last clip?
I did. But I did not know it was going to make his unmentionables turn blue.

Did Aaron learn some flatland moves while making this edit?
I think he might have a new respect for flatland for sure. He almost pulled a decade in my garage.

Did you learn any new streets moves riding with Aaron? Have you ever done a handrail before?
I have never done a handrail. I wanted to but I'm kind of a little girl about it, very afraid of getting hurt. It was definitely my first time whipping down stairs.

The videos got a great response; will you guys be doing another edit like this?
It was super fun to film that thing. I hope we do.
