United/Demolition/Nike rider Christian Rigal took a unique approach to the above video for Markit BMX. He brought his own setups to existing setups and filmed a section which also required heavy moving and landscaping. And of course, the Twitterverse is afire with people for and against the riding contained within. On the one hand, it's technically not the "purest" form of street riding, but on the other hand, it's a free country and people can do whatever they want to.

But past all that, if you're a knowledgable landscaper, you will notice that Rigal used actual cutters to get that tree branch out of his way, instead of the usual BMX route of twisting and snapping. According to John Shannon, a seasoned landscaper from Matawan, N.J., this method "ensures that the tree will not die." So props to Rigal for caring about the earth and getting everyone in BMX talking today.
