Simon Dumont injures knee during pipe practice at WX Tignes, pulls out of contest
Eight-time Winter X Games medalist Simon Dumont sustained a right knee injury Monday during halfpipe training for Winter X Games Tignes. Dumont was scheduled to compete in the men's Ski SuperPipe finals Friday.
Dumont will not compete this week in France and instead is heading back to the U.S. to further determine the extent of the injury.
