News that snowboarder, skateboarder and action-sports mogul Shaun White dropped $3.85 million in August on a three-bedroom, 3,500-square-foot beachfront home in Encinitas, Calif., is making headlines this week, with presale photos from the original listing hitting TMZ.com and other sites. The home in North San Diego County was built in 1999 and was last listed for $4.25 million, according to real-estate website Zillow.com.
