I've had the pleasure of meeting Justin Hoyer multiple times, mostly at shows in Europe, and most recently at Gladitor Games in Prague, Czech Republic. The first thing that struck me about Hoyer was how humble and gracious he is. Never did he display the typical "I'm a cool guy" FMX attitude that's known to pop up from time to time with the professional riders.

Secondly, Hoyer is INSANE on both a snowmobile AND a dirt bike. In Prague, Hoyer rode his Rockstar Energy KTM side-by-side with the world's best including Jeremy "Twitch" Stenberg, Robbie "Maddo" Maddison, Dany Torres and more. Throughout the show, Hoyer didn't miss a step and he looked like he belonged out there with those guys -- because he did. Stepping it up even more, Hoyer then came out and put on a snowmo FMX show for the crowd. Now remember, this is on DIRT! The kid has skills ... period.

Last night, Hoyer continued to prove that he's a bad mamma jamma by putting in a solid run to win an X Games gold medal Snowmobile Freestyle. I just want to say congrats to Hoyer and I hope he ditches the sled in the spring and starts training on his bike for a gold at Summer X, 2010. Could you imagine? Photo of Hoyer throwing down on his dirt bike after the jump.
