Steve CoxThe 2012 Monster Energy/AMA Supercross Season promised some of the most competitive racing in the history of the sport. So far, it hasn't disappointed.

It's been just over a month since the beginning of the 2012 AMA Supercross season, and as best as we can tell, it's still anyone's race for the overall title. With the first month of Supercross in the bag for 2012, we decided to take a quick look back at the latest in Supercross, from James Stewart's come-from-behind victory in Oakland to Eli Tomac's domination of the Lites class. Check the photos from ESPN contributor Steve Cox, and check back each weekend for results and recaps from the 2012 AMA Supercross season.
