Eddy vs. Dirks Left: Tim Eddy's shadow drops a parking garage at La Parva, possibly the most exclusive (read: expensive) of the Chilean ski areas. Days there were punctuated by sunup to sundown riding, and this day was no exception. Right: Nick Dirks didn't call his drop before testing the waters on this curved deadwood that he christened "The Dragon's Tail". Shortly thereafter, he did a half-backy to headplant off one of the ridges below. Dirks likes to get a little loose, to say the least.
