Leyba is a bitter, retired FMX rider that likes to sit in his cubicle and call the professionals of the sport wussies for not pulling 360s and double backflips. He claims he quit riding FMX before flips were even invented... yeah, right.

Where did we get these photos? If we told you we'd have to kill you. Well, maybe tickle you till you pee your pants. So what's so big about these photos of Travis Pastrana playing around in Red Bull's foam pit? Well, let's take a look at the bike. If you know anything about two-strokes than you can clearly see that this is a 125. Why would Travis Pastrana be riding an insufficient and under-powered 125? Because they're light and easy to throw around, that's why. By now we all know there's a 99.9%...

Red Bull Toasted with Travis Pastrana went down Tuesday night at the Avalon in Hollywood and it was one of the coolest moto-related events I've been to. If you've seen a traditional "Roast" on Comedy Central or elsewhere, then you understand what this kind of event is about. For those of you who haven't had the chance to see a roast (or a Toast in this case), it's basically a really ruthless way to honor a great and influential character, such as Travis Pastrana. While keeping Pastrana clueless...

Today during the first Freestyle Moto X practice, Robbie "Maddo" Maddison lost control of his bike while trying to pull what looked to be a standard no-handed flip. When a crash like this happens, it shows how easy these guys make it look on a daily basis, but how dangerous these trick really are. Luckily Maddo is alright and we should see him back out there for tomorrow's second practice. Maddo, you are seriously a bad bad dude! Oh, and please don't pay attention to the cheesy-ass rock song. I don't...

Todd Potter proved he's got the whip to beat last year at X Games 14. To be quite honest we all knew he had it in him. Todd's got one of the meanest whips in the business. But don't forget about the lone Metal Mulisha racer Josh Grant. Josh has been killing it in the 450 class this year and shows us his text book finish line whip style out at the Metal Mulisha compound leading into X.

Jacko's been putting in his time at the compound and recently he got his first taste of the needle, tattoo needle that is.
While out in Temecula last week, ESPN's Cliff Talley swung by Nate Adams' house to get the lowdown on his X Games training. While there, Cliffy was able to get the three-time X Games gold medalist to give us a tour of his pre-X Games chaotic garage. Incase you missed it, Cliff also got Blake "Bilko" Williams to show us his X Games helmet during last week's trip. Cliff's getting pretty good at prying into these guys lives and I like it! That's how we do around here... we've got the inside line on...

One of the best things about X Games is that all the sweet new gear starts to surface. Everyone's looking fresh - their game is tight and their bikes, helmets and gear are looking even tighter. While ESPN FMX's Cliff Talley was out in the Inland Empire (AKA "The Moto Mecca of the World") late last week, he was able to get Blake "Bilko" Williams to show off his new X Games helmet. With so many Monster Energy logos on it, we're guessing that he's been drinking A LOT of Monster lately... and loving...

It's Monday and the Home Depot Center is swarming with X Games staff, but the moto pits are dead silent. In fact, most of the athletes across all disciplines have yet to show up. But, the courses are in their final stages of preparation and the FMX and Super X courses are no exception. Throughout the past few weeks I've posted up a couple photos of a very premature moto course, but upon showing up to the venue today, I cruised straight into the stadium where I was welcomed with a fully constructed...

As I type this, I'm staring out my hotel window looking at beautiful LAX airport. Actually, it's not that beautiful, but I don't care because I'm in LA for the X Games and starting tomorrow, it's going to be non-stop insanity. I've said this time and time again, but we all know that FMX is for sure one of the gnarliest action sports. I'm not trying to take anything away from BMX, Skateboarding or Rally, but the level FMX has risen to is a bit out of control. Check out this amazing (and deep) mini-feature...

X Games update time! We were able to get our hands on an updated iPhone photo of the moto course at Home Depot Center and as of now, there aren't any FMX obstacles taking shape, but the Supercross track looks like it's coming along pretty well. It's crazy to think how much freaking dirt it's going to take to build this course and how much work it'll be to haul all the dirt out. I just can't wait to see the finished product next week. Stay tuned for more updates from LA.
