Placed along select runs, Lynn's colorful artwork will not only serve as a living gallery but also adorn ten original features specially designed by the Unbound's rail fabricator/guru Dustin Del Giudice. In addition to the rideable works of art, the Unbound Terrain Park team will build snow features throughout the trail that pay tribute to Lynn's classic style. Check your gloves at the entrance and keep an eye out for jumps, hips, and banked slalom-style berms.

"While last year's Art Park was more about big features -- things that Jeffy would probably enjoyed hitting," says Unbound chief Josh Chauvet, "Jamie's features are more geared towards his type of riding and are definitely more accessible."

Jamie Lynn jumped onto the scene of professional snowboarding in the early 90s in films like Standard Films' "TB2" and Volcom's "The Garden," and quickly became known for his smooth style and for bringing tricks from the park into the backcountry that set the stage for progression as we know it. And if you were ever in question as to who has the best method in snowboarding, it would take a brave man to disagree with Lynn's take on what he calls, "The easiest trick to do, but the hardest trick to do right." Today Lynn's legacy continues to thrive through his art, and the music of his rock band, Kandi Coded.

The opening of the Art Park coincides with Mammoth's Night of Lights Weekend and the opening of runs on the Canyon side of the resort. Shred these one of a kind features at Mammoth's South Park on Saturday before checking the fireworks and free concert featuring The Naked + Famous at Canyon Lodge later in the evening.
