It was after he couldn't lay down a bunt, and he sat close to Piniella, who ripped Theriot to bench coach Alan Trammell.
Theriot discusses how he thinks taking the Cubs to arbitration sealed his fate.
He also was hilarious in describing Mike Fontenot's good fortune.
