Yes, Duke coach David Cutcliffe said, this staff can win at Duke.

He's right, and it's because of his lofty standards. Cutcliffe intends on beating programs like Notre Dame for top athletes. He aims to be the fastest team in the ACC. And he wants the facilities upgraded because he knows it's important to recruits. Cutcliffe says the Blue Devils will be ACC contenders in three years.

"I hear two things that people always say: 'You play football at Duke?' and 'Duke football is the worst football in the BCS.' We are better than that," Cutcliffe told Jamie Newberg of ESPN Recruiting. "No one questions that now. And wait until they see us in a few seasons."
