Former Georgia Tech safety Cooper Taylor has transferred to Richmond, where he will have two years of eligibility remaining. In 20 career games, Taylor has 90 tackles and two interceptions. Taylor was once one of the Jackets' top safeties, but his playing time diminished this past year. Taylor had been diagnosed with Wolff-Parkinson-White Syndrome but was eventually cleared to play.
