No 4. Jason Worilds, DE, Virginia Tech, R-Jr., 6-4, 240

Why he's here: He could be one of the best pass-rushers in the country this fall, and his lightening quick speed and explosiveness are a nightmare for hulking offensive tackles who can't move their feet fast enough to stop him. He's the ACC's leading returner in sacks with eight and tackles for loss with 18.5. He had an incredible sophomore season despite playing some of it through pain.

There's not much he can't do when healthy. Worilds can rush the passer, stop the run and block kicks. He was in on a tackle for loss in 11 straight games and had 12 tackles for loss in the six games leading up to the Orange Bowl. The Hokies need him to get healthy, though, as Worilds didn't play in the Orange Bowl and missed spring practices after surgery to his right shoulder. He could be a major difference-maker on Bud Foster's defense.
