Thank you, Florida State for following the script today.

Thanks for putting on a clinic early on how to handle FCS opponents.

The Seminoles lead, 31-0, in what has been a refreshingly boring first half.

Charleston Southern has no first downs. EJ Manuel has completed 17 of 23 passes for 264 yards, three touchdowns and no interceptions. The Seminoles have not turned the ball over. Charleston Southern has just 12 yards of total offense.

Yawn.

After one-too-many scares for the ACC today, it's nice to finally see somebody take care of business. This is what top teams do. They are consistent.

Not to say there's not work to do, starting with the offensive line. Upon further review of this game film, there are things Florida State will have to improve on quickly if they are going to beat Oklahoma.

Right now, though, the biggest question is whether or not FSU's defense can record back-to-back shutouts.
