Cornerback Victor "Macho" Harris did not make the trip to Charlotte for today's game between Virginia Tech and East Carolina.
Sophomore Rashad Carmichael will start at corner, receiver Dyrell Roberts will handle punt returns and rover Davon Morgan will be the kick returner.
