Clemson's defense not enough against TCU

It was bound to happen eventually. Clemson's defense is one of the best in the ACC, but the Tigers will need more this season if they're going to keep winning football games. TCU's defense stole the show in the Horned Frogs' 14-10 win over the Tigers on Saturday. It was the same problem for Clemson -- their red zone offense. The Tigers stalled twice on fourth-quarter drives inside the 20. That will continue to haunt them in ACC play. C.J. Spiller got his yardage. So did quarterback Kyle Parker, who played a respectable game. But until Clemson seals the deal inside the 20-yard line, it won't matter what they do between the 20s.
