Maryland will have a very tough time matching this NC State offense like Florida State was able to do a week ago. The Terps just don't have the personnel to do it. It took about a minute into this game for Russell Wilson to show it, as his 17-yard touchdown pass to George Bryan gave NC State a very early 7-0 lead.
Maryland's defense has made progress this year under first-year coordinator Don Brown, but not enough to stop Wilson in this game. Not with bowl hopes on the line for both teams, and of the two of them, the Pack has the reputation for finishing strong down the stretch while the Terps have been known to unravel in the final weeks.
