I've already spoken today to one player who was at home on break in Orlando and another who was in the dining hall between exams. They seem to be everywhere but the field this month, but that doesn't mean there isn't plenty to talk about until summer camp:
First, a speedy recovery to Hokies' assistant Curt Newsome, who is recovering from the double-bypass surgery he had Friday morning. Usually, it takes about three months to fully recover from this.
NC State backup quarterback Mike Glennon says he "never once thought about transferring." He's learned a thing or two about patience from his older bro.
FSU opponents should be wary of Tavares Pressley. He's recovering from a torn ACL, and has quietly been rebuilding his strength and speed. He should definitely be a factor this year.
Georgia Tech quarterback Josh Nesbitt talks about his expectations for this fall with the AJC's Doug Roberson. The Yellow Jackets also recently received a commitment from a cornerback.
The Post and Courier nailed it when Travis Sawchik wrote that most people are just plain curious to see how coach Dabo Swinney will fare. Check out Sawchik's Q&A with the man himself.
