Florida State was picked by the media to win this year's Atlantic Division title and beat Virginia Tech in the ACC championship game. Boston College running back Montel Harris was selected as the preseason player of the year. FSU received 65 of 71 first-place votes, and 50 of 65 said FSU will win the title game.
