Status still unclear for Miami's Armstrong
By Heather Dinich
Miami safety Ray-Ray Armstrong has resumed team activities with the Hurricanes, though his status for the final two games of the regular season remains unclear, according to the Associated Press.
Armstrong didn't travel to the Florida State game this past Saturday because school officials were investigating his relationship with the owner of a public-relations firm that works with professional athletes. Miami coach Al Golden said the school doesn't think a violation was committed, but Armstrong isn't listed on the depth chart for Saturday's game at South Florida. Miami AD Shawn Eichorst will have the final say.
